The Chick Fila here has double lines out to and down the street most of the time, with employees out walking down the lines taking orders, so yeah the wait time is a little long but they move a lot of orders pretty fast from what I've seen.
That's what I ordered the times I went there. Great for the price, and the fries weren't half raw. I would rather have a longer wait and have them right than fast. The limited menu is a negative but I get why they do it that way. They don't have a lot of storage in those stores.
When I hear about low prices and friendly customer service, I think of In-N-Out. When they first hit out here in the Phoenix area about fifteen years ago, I thought it was just a fluke - they're not going to be able to keep their prices low and their employees happy, let alone clean-looking, smiling and efficient. (Whereas so many fast food places these days are incredibly understaffed, In-N-Out always has a big workforce behind the counter, working like a machine, all out where you can watch them preparing your food.) The burgers are nothing extraordinary and I usually end up giving half my fries to a grumpy old crow who lives in the parking lot, but I can get a burger, fries and a milkshake there for what some other places want for the sandwich alone. I haven't been there in months, since I rarely do fast food these days, but if I decide to do a burger anytime soon I'll be going to In-N-Out.

I miss In-N-Out. I used to go there often when I lived in San Diego.
We were visiting some friends in Colorado Springs back in August, and I was surprised to see they had a location there. As it was right around lunch time we stopped in...
In N Out in Gainesville is VERY popular but I dont think its part of that chain........
I got the oil changed yesterday. So I walked through the rain from the hurricane moving north. I did stop at Mc Ds for coffee and a hashbrown. Too keep the fire burning.

I dont much care for cheese on my burgers. I know it's a sin in the eyes of some folks, but if it ain't white, it ain't real cheese. Any high-powered chef will tell you that.
I did a Wendy's once. Classic double and fries. I specifically told the undereducated person when I ordered I did not want cheese. They put two pieces of cheese on my sammich. When I returned it to the counter, that person said cheese came on every sammich. As if I did not have a choice.
I promptly got a hold of the shift manager and lodged my complaint.
They replaced my sammich, and that damned burger had two pieces of cheese on it.
$#@! it. I won't eat there anymore. Once again, they proved that some people cannot read or follow customer's orders.

Don't care. I have always loved the Burger King #8 Po' Boy style chicken sandwich. They also have onion rings. Few places have onion rings but Burger King and What-A-Burger.
