    That's how I do it, more or less. I take a smoker rack and put the bacon on it and then put that over a baking sheet. About 30-40 minutes at 390 for thicker cut bacon gets it crispy.

    I do mine in the air fryer. It turns out great and 10 minutes and it's done.

    That works pretty well, too. I've had to play with the time, depending on how many strips you're cooking and how thick they're cut.

    I got a BLT at a gas station with a deli, they took the (precooked) bacon and threw it in the deep fryer for about 10 seconds it was really crunchy, and surprisingly good.
