I know people who are still wary of eggs. As far as I'm concerned, it's a great way to start the day.

Any time I feel the need to lose weight, I just count calories. Calories burned being greater than calories consumed = weight loss. I have a slow metabolism, so to lose weight, I normally have to stick to 1600 calories or lower per day when I'm trying to go down a pant size.

I prefer the keto diet. It is a $#@! and can be expensive, especially in this economy but it is very effective.

It is effective for weight loss. Actually very if you can stick with the restrictive diet.

It is not effective for fat loss (meaning not losing muscle while you lose fat).

If you are a weight lifter keto isn't for you. If you are not it may be. I would only use it for weight loss- not as a long term way to eat.

I have noticed that there is a new Keto plan out there. I haven't looked into it.
