I know that such disclosures can be required in instances where there was a violent crime involved, but how would you go about disclosing the presence of a ghost?
Even more to the point, how would a buyer be able to prove that you didn't disclose the presence of a ghost if you never said anything?

I have heard there are some states that require paranormal activity be disclosed. IDK, just something I heard.
As long as these entities were not threatening or bothersome, I won't have a problem sharing my home.
