Well, like I said, it could be the updates that broke it as well. If it were me I would keep an eye out for the next update, or, if Apple allows maybe go back one update. I'm sure you've searched online for similar problems that others may be having.

Sometimes my screen on the phone will get really large and partial display. Turning the screen off then back on fixes it.

It looks to me as though you are looking at a website designed for a different screen resolution. Wide screen vs mobile format.
    Just a guess.

    Assumptions:
    1) This is only happening on the tPF website
    2) You have your iphone and ipad synchronized
    3) You are using Safari

It appears that your browser/website thinks you are looking at a pc screen so it is trying to format for a wider screen.

At some point you requested to use the Desktop Site.
If this is what happened then try opening a new tab and that should return the screen to a mobile view.

To go to the desktop view.
    1) You open Safari
    2) you tap on the address bar
    3) It opens the icons, bookmarks and frequently visited sites sceeen

Scroll down and you will see a button for "Request Desktop Site"
Don't hit it again. It does not turn it off it it was set. It becomes the setting for the site until you can wipe the browser memory completely clean.
It is website specific. Safari will reload if you hit the button.

Open a completely new tab and see if it goes away

I thought about screen casts being swiped etc.. but then the reformat would not be site specific.

So this in not highly probable but worth checking since it seems to be specific to you and this website.

I just had a similar thought - it seems to be opening in landscape mode. The question is whether any other websites are affected. Many websites are preformatted to open in portrait, but if this one isn't, it would be affected if the orientation on the iphone were locked on landscape.
