Page not opening fully on iPhone or iPad. Any thoughts?

Lately, the page has not been opening fully on the iPhone or iPad. Any thoughts as to why?


This is what I get when I open it - and they I have to expand it.

I use Android so won't be of much help.

Sometimes when I zoom in, it gets stuck there until I reset zoom. That's all I can think of.

I emulated the site in Chrome on their developer tools and at iphone and ipad sizes, the site displays correctly, making it sounds like it's a device setting (magnification or some such) that might need adjusting?

It really just started. I'm baffled. More importantly - my two daughters are also baffled.

I use a desk top or lap top when I am travelling. I don't use a smartphone for much of anything not app based. I couldn't read the screen via an Internet browser.

Try toggling zoom on or off.
General->Accessibility->Zoom

Do you have the latest iOS updates? The only Apple device I've ever owned was an older iPad. It would give me trouble if I didn't keep it updated, but then, sometimes the updates would break it as well. Lol.

Everything is updated, I checked. It's just bizarre. Never happened and then started when I started this thread. Weird.
