    2) He wasn't from Pennsylvania, and they resented that.
But Dems sure do love their own carpetbaggers. Now they've voted themselves out of good paying fracking jobs in PA. You will soon see a mass exodus of other businesses from the state.

And OZ did not lose as much as Philly is just another liberal city like NYC that is always going to vote for the left. Philly runs the state with a high level of corruption.

McCormick was a Bush guy brought in by McConnell. There is no expectation that the left would vote for him and real Republicans would have no reason to come out to vote.

We should also remember that OZ outperformed the 2018 Republican in terms of % of the vote.
    Midterm election. Same state.

Today, Dr. Oz is portrayed as fatally flawed and its a good thing for the country that he lost.

I simply do not understand (and I threw out the Muslim angle as just a thought) how someone who has consistently stated his goal was to effectively destroy the economy of Pennsylvania by ending the energy industry, by letting violent criminals out of jail, by pushing for every socialist, left wing program would be seen as a plus for not only Pennsylvania but for the nation as a whole.

I understand there is a difference of opinion regarding Oz but for God's sakes man, who with half a brain would want Fetterman in the Senate?

Who says anyone wanted Fetterman? I can not care for Oz, I can have an unfavorable, personal opinion of him, and still not favor Fetterman.

Of course Oz would have been a better choice than a man with only half a brain!

Doesn't mean I have to like Oz!

It really doesn’t matter when they voted. The debate didn’t demonstrate something no one knew. It’s was obvious months ago that Fetterman is brain damaged. The people who voted for him did so on the basis of party affiliation.

Oz was a poor candidate. Conservatives who would vote for a Republican didn’t trust him.
