    Zelensky's olive drab wardrobe for all occasions reminds me of Fidel Castro, less the hat.

    I think it is cool. Whoever invented the tie- if we develop time travel I say we go back and kill him in the crib.

    Blame the Croatians. The original ties were worn by Croatian soldiers, for warmth, although it was more of a knotted scarf. Croatian soldiers were recruited by the French, during the reign of Louis XIII. These 'ties' caught on as a fashion item in the French court, with men competing for the most elegant ties. They gradually began to look less like scarves and more like the modern tie. I'm afraid, that given that the tie evolved from the scarf, you'd be hard pressed to find any one inventor.

    Thanks. I will keep that in mind to work up a targeting matrix should time travel be perfected.
