I take 200 mgs of Trazodone which is an anti depressant / sleep med that makes me have some really over the top dreams occasionally

I have some of that for a sleep aid. Low dose. 75mg. But it stops working as a sleep aid if you take it all the time. As needed it works well. And yes to cool dreams.

That's what I do. I lay off of it occasionally. In that manner
It works super when I restart. When I take Trazodone I wake up about 4-5 hours later like a rabbit hoppin' down a bunny trail.
