Inhaling carcinogens into your body, isn't harmful?

    Unhappy Days Were Hippy Daze

If Happy Days had been allowed to be accurate, Fonzie definitely would have smoked and most of the other characters would have too.

Not if the ruling class had been deprived of this scam to tax the common people. But that only happens in a free country, never in this Preppy Republic.

I can see the argument on both sides here. But I still think this law goes too far. There are many other comparable situations such as pollution. Certain energy companies such as coal pollute entire cities sickening the residents. Nuclear wasted devastates communities. Fracking destroys and poisons the water. Diesel gas is a carcinogen and extremely toxic to breathe. I hate breathing it. When I am driving behind a diesel truck the taste and smell is awful. Some of my family members lived next to a vehicle paint shop, it was making them so sick they had to sell their houses and move. The guy who was running the shop died from exposure to those chemicals.

It seems like when the situation is something that we personally don't agree with, it's easy do decide to exclude certain people from participating in society. This is a slippery slope. Where do we draw the line? Where does it end? Today we exclude them, tomorrow they exclude us.
We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

If It Looks Like a Quack, and Talks Like a Quack, Then It's a Doc

Why do you believe carcinogens exist? That is just a blame-the-victim excuse to cover up the incompetence of the doctors. An oncologist is nothing more than a Mama's Boy who didn't earn a living until he was 30 years old because he was afraid to grow up. There's no reason to trust the self-serving opinions of such escapist nerds.

I don't even care if it's carcinogenic (it is), but your balcony analogy sums it up perfectly. It $#@!ing stinks. Do I have the right to to light smoke bombs on my balcony every night? How about stink bombs?
