I used to be on that too - but certain health conditions have limited that, and an allergy to pepper, black, white or red, really limited food not prepared at home.
I miss my Italian dishes, most tomatoes are on the no-go list due to acidity. Yellow tomatoes I can still do, but it changes the flavor of the food.
