Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

Where I grew up, we got TV out of Youngstown. If my father went out with a pipe wrench, he could turn the antenna and maybe get some out of Pittsburgh. I remember when somebody in the area that color TV. That was incredible.

Actually, the way TV works now and the way TV worked back in the '50s are two different things.

I'm still trying to figure out how a fax machine works.
I was the channel changer. No remote in our house for many years, and glory be the day that a remote was brought home.

Some people still use them in rural areas. Also, there are new digital versions today. Antennas are now making a comeback given that people are dropping their cable and streaming much of their programming off the internet. They then use digital antennas to pick up local tv service so they can get local news etc.
