None of mine were ever enthused with bath time either. Most were too big to just pick up and put in the tub so they got a hose bath on warm days. Even though it wasn't cold they'd just stand there and shiver. Then when it was over whooosh and off they'd go.

We had one dog, we couldn't say the word, 'bath' because he'd go get in the tub.

It was very easy come bath time......"Smoky, wanna take a bath"?

He was a German Shepherd (of course) so it made it so much easier, that he got in himself.

My health insurance doesn't cover giving cats a bath, it's considered self-inflicted wounds.

My Golden Retriever was always enthusiastic as I took her down to play in the ocean.
But then about half way back she always figured out the a swim in the ocean means a shower when I get home. The tail stopped wagging, the head when down and as we got up to the deck where the outside shower is, it turned into a tug of war with the leash.
    Let's go Brandon !!!

Our Family dog Rosie was a lab mix that would hide when it came to bath time. Yet the dog seemed very happy to be clean when it was all over...................

And this is Hussie, the 'neighborhood cat, who has declared me as his human. He LIKES the rain, and hangs out in the shower when I'm done.
