I suspect if this nonsense holds up in court most public and private businesses will choose the single person option even at greater expense and public inconvenience.

I hope what the Justice meant is the person can identify as a woman, but that does not give them legal status as a woman. For example I can identity as Napoleon but that does not make me Emperor of France!

This is a critical issue for the court that goes beyond bathroom rights. Are we going to have a never ending list of special rights for the gender confused?

The Jan 6 rioters should all claim that they identify as Capitol workers and were just trying to get to work to do their job. How could that be denied?

No male should ever be able to enter a womans restroom or shower. As a female we look for strong men to come out against this. It seems like even the ones in sports are cowards. Men need to lead by example and grow a pair. I expect you to stop making excuses and show these females on the right, you defend them. And stop debating these leftist, if there is a stall or not. They don't belong in the first place.

This is not about personal freedom so much as lefty comfort zones and who cares about your 9 year old daughter in a bathroom with confused adult males.

A funny thing is the courtrooms where these cases are going on have bathroom policies that say you use the one that fits your birth parts.
