    I predict war. I mean how long were we not involved in a forever war? A year? Then Russia invaded Ukraine and we rushed to supply profitable weapons. Media took sides and we can even set it up so "R's" and "D"s" can argue a bit about which rooster's gonna win. How's the saying go? Young men fight wars so old men can profit from them?
    So yeah we will be involved in war for the same reasons war has raged forever, politics and profits. China? Maybe in a proxy war, but to engage them in a real war over Taiwan would be foolish

    What? Russia is at war with Ukraine, their neighbor and previous territory. Poorly justified but not as poorly as our invasion of Iraq after a bunch of Saudi nationals pulled off 9/11.
    We chose to join in to the fight in Ukraine. We've fought proxy wars with Russia in Afghanistan too.
