    They are trained to treat illness, mostly diseases of lifestyle, and they do so fairly well. They are trained to cure or prevent those diseases however

    Insurance doesn't pay for OTCs.

    Reliable sources- do your research. You likely wont find reliable sources at the CVS or grocery store. Hint: in general NOW is a very good and reasonably priced supplement company.

    I think creatine is worth taking but, as far as vitamins and minerals go, a Vitamin D supplement could be useful for many people. If you eat properly and have no genetic issues, I'd say that's about it.
