A bit Surprised?

I thought that we might get a little market bump after the speech, there seems to be plenty of spending, and the markets usually like that, I was hoping to take some profits over the next few days but it looks like am am going to be riding it out

It's too high to make money on Gold can be used for security But there are very few opportunities. I was hoping for a little bump as I think starting at the end of the year, the Banks are going to have more than enough real-estate to sell and Cash allows you to purchase those foreclosures as pennies on the dollar.

I have my eye on a few spots that are in trouble. Rescissions are Harvest season for those that have prepared for them.

To get back to 3 year old prices, our area needs to drop by half.

I think that is in the realm of outcomes. The banks when they have enough of them on the books will take 40/60 cents on the dollar if you have cash! So if it drops 25% and I can buy it on the cheep I will make out OK
