    19 is in the normal BMI range. Do you know what your body fat % is?

    That is true. These pills won't give you lean muscle mass, which is the key to health. As I said above, skinny fat is worse health wise than overweight. Probably on par with obese.

    Not to change it for the positive. My friend had to change his eating habits. Instead of overeating with three massive meals a day, he overate by grazing all day.

    No clue what my 'body fat % is. If 19 is 'normal', then why does everyone refer to me as being lean/slender/skinny?

    Average. Low end of the weight scale.

    BMI Categories:
    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
    Overweight = 25–29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    19 makes you almost underweight. You are right where I was the day I graduated HS.

    You must have a very high metabolism rate.
    Are you one of those people that can eat whatever you want?
    Let's go Brandon !!!

    Yes I have a relatively high metabolism rate, but I am also a Type 1 diabetic. We tend to be slender/skinny and lean.

    Other than having to take insulin for it, I can pretty much eat whatever I want* and even before the diagnosis. (*excluding other allergies). I've always had to fight to maintain or gain weight, the opposite of most people.
