    Exclamation Akron's Infamous Escort Case

I just ordered it, though I despised this judge.

In the late 1990s, the Akron Vice Squad began Operation Red Light to investigate two local escort services. Little did it expect the political and legal storm its actions would unleash. Soon everyone wanted to know who was on the list of clients. Were the defense lawyers on the list of false names given by men hiding their identities? Was a prostitute’s murder covered up to protect a judge who had taken her into the courthouse for sex and drugs? Did an undercover police officer use public money to fund an abortion for an escort who claimed he was the father? Were bogus racketeering charges used to seize money for cars and expenses for the police? Progressing step by step through the evidence, presiding judge Jane Bond goes behind the scenes and into her courtroom to see if justice can be done.

So what's new. Men have been frequenting prostitutes since the dawn of time. Mary Magdalene was alleged to be one, Civil War General Joseph Hooker's main claim to fame was lending his name to the women who followed his camps servicing the soldiers , "Hookers Battalions" or later just hookers. As long as men continue to think with Mr. Helmet Head we will continue to see stories like this.
Devotion to the truth is the hallmark of morality; there is no greater, nobler, more heroic form of devotion than the act of a man who assumes the responsibility of thinking.”

On Sunday I watched and old Western called "A Time for Dying" made in 1969.

In short a very naive young girl from far away takes a job at "Mamie's" $#@!house not understanding her actual duties. She is rescued by a young gun slinger farm boy and later forced to marry him by Judge Roy Bean after they were found sharing a hotel room (Nothing happened the previous night of course) but they do end up falling in love until he dies tragically in a gun fight.

The entire $#@!house aspect was a given and the picture ends as a new girl arrives at Madam Mamie's doorstep!
