How do you know if there was a flight risk or not. You don't. I don't draw any comparison between this and the BLM demonstrations at all. This was in the time and place when Congress was meeting to certify the presidential election. That changes everything. This was an attempt to overthrow democracy.

And just what crap would that be? Do you deny the Congress was in session that day to certify the election of the president of the United States? And that the demonstration and riot and insurrection were calculated to interfere with that certification?
