    Those buildings did not contain a Congress which was in the process of certifying a presidential election did they
    I deplore that violence but it is not on the same level as the insurrection that attempted to end democracy in the United States.

    That was an attempt to overthrow the government? No. That was a peaceful demonstration. The violation of the rules was they entered the well without being recognized. That is a mistake dozens of people have made in the past without being drummed out of the legislature.
    Note that the white woman was spared in a blatant act of racism.

    If I had not watched the videos I could try and agree with you, but the level of violence at this Protest was 100 times more than we saw at the capital One is called a peaceful protest, the other an insurection.

    Can you see that I have a very hard time with that when I see most people just walking around the capital, some being escorted by the police?
