    No one wants them. Like I said, that we were there because we were the cause not the symptom. If you had a working father then you were living in those areas.

    So they might be happy to take the kids but not the baggage that goes with most of them.

    You would be sending a high percentage of criminals, drunks and drug addicts out to the suburbs. Two parents with a working father (model family) is not a reality in the inner city. They moved out because they had a working father.
