I agree with all she said except "It's not your kids being told they can't succeed and you get to shed some of your white guilt in the process."
I assume she's talking about those who want the bill passed but that's not white guilt. It's ignorance and stupidity by those trying to divide the country and take it back decades.

We do not have any cause to divide elementary school students into victims and victimizers according to race. Not only moving backward but perpetrating entire new forms of racism and animosity that has no place in a school classroom.

Funny to me because I heard this speech almost 50 years ago. When you get into HS they have that first day orientation with everyone of the new students showing up. There were multiple middle schools combined in the large high school. So the principal goes:
All the kids that went to school "A". You will do great.
All the kids that went to school "B". Work hard and you will be fine.
All the kids that went to my school "C". Most of you won't be here next year. That was it.
I think we took a little pride in being the hoodlums. But it sure was something that everyone remembered and most our our school was Black and Puerto Rican. The negative tone didn't help anyone. But in his defense he also was right.

I too feel as though she was talking to those trying to pass the bill.
I like seeing parents that want the best for their kids and refuse to accept less.
I think some blacks do buy into CRT victimhood, but I'm starting to think it may be fewer than the media would have us believe.

That's sad.
When the principal sees no path forward for some kids, it certainly doesn't do anything to bolster their desire to achieve. A self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts.
And, the ironic thing (about both that principal and CRT adherents) is that they're not teaching the students that a high percentage of the most successful people in the world overcame some type of disadvantage in their youth.
I look at CRT in the same way I looked at most of the Me Too movement. Why would anyone willingly want to associate themselves with any form of victimhood?

We did. But he needed no crystal ball. It is why the entire racism argument is parents wanting to blame what they are doing wrong, on someone victimizing them.
The influences on the kids is the parents and their friends that they are raised with. The bulk of the residents of these neighborhoods made choices that put them there. The housing projects are filled with the causes, not the victims. Woke wants you to believe otherwise and make innocent victims out of them.
