How Cigna Saves Millions by Having Its Doctors Reject Claims Without Reading Them.

Internal documents and former company executives reveal how Cigna doctors reject patients’ claims without opening their files. “We literally click and submit,” one former company doctor said.

My dental issuance was so bad with claims, my dentist is no longer accepting them starting next month. So I need a new dentist.

After what I just went through on this one, I have no idea if it is purposeful or just clerical total incompetence.

The Labcorp was for the anesthesiologist which they billed for this SC resident in a SC surgical center, billed correctly but rejected with my address changed to somewhere in Utah.??? REJECTED

The surgical center billed my old insurance as well as my current plan, causing me to start getting rejection letters from my old insurance company. ???

So the ten's of thousands turned into $88.

And these are the people that are going to feed info into AI to determine if they save your leg or cut it off.

And these are the people that are going to feed info into AI to determine if they save your leg or cut it off.
If AI were handling your claim, you wouldn't be getting the run around. They wouldn't dare program AI to commit chicanery because the program can be audited but you can tell your claims adjusters to try to make the claims go away and only really pay attention to those who are determined to collect. Insurers only do this kind of thing if they don't fear losing their policy holders.
In quoting my post, you affirm and agree that you have not been goaded, provoked, emotionally manipulated or otherwise coerced into responding.

Somebody has to put the info in. People place far too much faith in AI. They pretend it thinks for itself as they tell you that it is programmed to keep out right wing bias? LOL What does that mean. Oh. They program to not do something based on the programmers bias. So the programmers can do whatever they want an you cannot question AI. Crap in = crap out of any program.
