    E. Jean Carroll v Trump defamation case cliff notes

    Lady: You raped me

    Guy: No. I did not

    Lady: Yes you did

    Guy: When?

    Lady: I don’t remember

    Guy: uh?

    Lady: “Rape is sexy”

    Guy: This is insane

Lady: I’m suing you to prove it

    Guy: ok

NY Jury: He didn’t rape you

    Guy: Thanks

NY Jury: Now pay her $5,000,000.00

    Guy: WHAT!?

When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

Wait. Didn't the guy once say when you are rich women let you grab them wherever they want? Maybe no one wants to grab her anywhere anymore so she needs the money she should have charged in the beginning.

Or maybe he lied. Trump sexual assault allegations share similar patterns from 19 women (usatoday.com)

    He lost.

Yes, and waiting almost 30 years to pursue this obviously means its correct. This was apparently a case of He Said - She Said with absolutely no witnesses, reports or claims filed.

Why did she not run kicking and screaming from the store when this happened?

This is just another case of "Get Donald Trump No Matter What It Takes"

And btw, there were several women who also accused Justice Kavanaugh of raping them years ago. All of that testimony was proven to be unprovable or patently false. So, two other women claiming Trump also raped them is questionable at best.

His deposition killed him. It was horrible. And since he didn't show up to court, the defense team couldn't counter it.

I was motivated to do this after seeing Biden's first presidential reelection campaign video that was released in late April. There was so much misinformation in the first 30 seconds of the video, let alone its entirety, that it moved me to do something that could hold Biden accountable.
Another reason for doing this was that while campaigning for president, Biden routinely criticized Donald Trump for not being truthful to the American public. He promised he would be a different breed if he was elected and would restore dignity, honor, and honesty to the executive branch. Yet, since he's been elected, Biden has been, at best, just as bad as his predecessor and, at worst, one of the biggest spreaders of misinformation the country has ever seen.
With Biden officially kicking off his reelection bid, I analyzed his campaign video. My colleague, Quin Hillyer, exposed Biden's dishonesty beginning with the video's first sentence, in which Biden, a president who has done everything possible to limit freedom, emphasized the importance of freedom in the country.
Biden administration has spread misinformation at least 27 times in the last two weeks (msn.com)

Gee, I how did I know this would be the tPF response? Of course it is.

Why would a sexual abuse conviction dampen your truly pathetic enthusiasm for this $#@! when nothing else has?

He hardly even bothered to defend himself. Too busy playing golf. Of course he was convicted, and pretty quickly I might add. By a two-thirds male jury at that.
