The Menu I am planning is the Fricassee Chicken with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Topped off with a fresh garden tomato salad with romaine lettuce and cucumbers.

By the way, to show off my cooking prowess I have an apron made out of canvass that says "Many Have Eaten - Few Have Died"
Sounds good. Let us know how it turned out.

    I do like the skin.

Well, I gave it a shot for supper tonight. Unfortunately, I screwed up royally and the chicken was undercooked. The sauce turned out almost as good as sex! So, what to do. Fortunately, I am married to a resourceful woman. She told me to take all of the meat off the bones. Put that in the sauce, cover it all with crusty bread and bake it until its cooked. So, it went from a Chicken Fricassee to a Chicken Pot Pie. It was an excellent recipe and I hope to make it again some time in the future but when I do I will make sure I cook the chicken before I put it on the table!!

You can bake the chicken for maybe 20 minutes at 375 first then add it to the fricassee pot.
