Easy 2 Ingredient Dough Recipe
1 cup + 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour*
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or regular)
By hand: Mix ingredients in a bowl and knead with a small amount of additional flour for 3-5 minutes, until smooth dough forms.
Stand Mixer: Place ingredients in a stand mixer bowl with the dough hook attachment. Mix on low speed until combined. Knead on medium speed for about 3 minutes, until a ball forms.
Turn out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle with flour. Knead a couple of times and form into a ball.
*Self-rising flour = 1 cup flour, ½ tsp. salt, 1½ tsp. baking powder. Mix.

Good for Pizza, Cinnamon Rolls, Breadsticks, Bagels, Garlic Cheddar Rolls, Naan Flatbread. I'm all for easy and I've made this dough for a quick pizza in the past.
