I have a couple of electric chain saws. They’re fine for light work.

I got that as a drill. Now I need to buy more DeWalt stuff just to be able to use the same batteries.

Ugh... still undecided. I have two Echo blowers - a back pack and a hand held. gas powered. Maybe stihl is the way to go b/c Stihl has all of that.

I have a 40v ryobi that works well, it is not the cheaper version as it is made of mostly metal and very heavy duty. Best part is reloading the string is simple, which makes it worth it over so many other brands imo.

In most electric tools, the fade and finally fail because bushes in the motor wear out
Makita makes drills where you can simply remove a cap and replace brushes within a minute or two.

The battery pack will work with some of their other, products so I may get a battery chain saw or trimmer for my hedges in Florida. I am banned from using a corded trimmer because I caught the cord with the blades.
I obviously didn't expect that but I was not shocked . I know that is bad even by dad joke standards.
Anyway some of the hedges have leaves that turn into into sharp points that act like a thorn and don't flower. I'll probably take them down.

Skil is EGO. It is all part of Chervon which is a Chinese that has bought several old brand names. I wonder if the batteries are compatible between the brands.
    Let's go Brandon !!!
