"scared of diversity, equity, and inclusion"? LOL, they violate the 14th amendment.

The Bad Joke is that those who are really frightened are the type who cling to identity politics as a protection racket because as individuals they do not measure up or play well with others.

It's totally against every principle the US was founded on. Which is fine with them, of course, since they hate the United States, and the founders.

Since you brought up the 14th amendment, I just realized that the Dems don't even have to offer amnesty to illegal aliens in order to change the country's demographics to being more favorable to them: The illegal aliens just have to have kids, and those kids are automatically citizens.

These celebs/VIPs would likely be sensitive to any hesitancy on the part of the employee to fully embrace whatever social philosophy they embraced. I'm just spitballing; I don't have any particular real-life job in mind, but I suspect they exist. In any case, it's not the sort of job any one of us would ever be likely to be asked to perform.

On second thought, it wouldn't really even have to be a job dealing with celebs or VIPs. It might be a job where you're providing a service to groups and individuals who are themselves heavily invested in DEI. You're representing your company in dealing with them - you're the agent, the representative, the point of contact - so you'd be expected to "learn the language" and put on a supportive and sympathetic front at all times. (Sounds like a nightmare.)
I would think that certain Nightclubs in the right areas might do really well. I think where they went wrong with the clothing is in the labeling. But if done correctly there could be some opportunity for a business there.

I would think that you could design and cater a restaurant, that could be successful. I believe the trick would be to keep from stating the obvious, and let the community and social media do the talking for you. Then to Avoid any backlash, if confronted you just state that you are trying to make the best product for the best value and you don't care who purchases the product.

I don't expect anyone here to understand what that means.
I live in one of the poorest Counties in MI, and I can tell you that people in 3rd world countries, where I have been, would kill to life in a place that this. So you don't know what you are talking about.

It is DOE project, and I have no trust and no respect for them. I believe that it should be shut down. So I hope that your project does not support any of their current directives. If it goes against the grain? I think I would like it.

Your partners have figured it out. They are getting the country back, one nickel at a time.

    He mad. Lol
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

I take it you are not receiving any of the casino Money! Sorry I touched a nerve.

And I am in my Rat Hole right now. And I must say that it is a nice Rat Hole. It would be a GREAT night if the darn May Flys were not hatching. They make a mess.
