As an aside to the topic, the UAE is reportedly increasing production, probably to try to “capitalize” on the price rise the Saudis are attempting to manipulate.

I was wondering why you think that President Biden tapped the Strategic Oil Reserves and released that oil back onto the market? If supply does not effect the pricing?

When a figure of authority announces that a particular industry will be eliminated in a particular time frame, what will be the response of the companies dedicated to that particular industry? They decline to invest in capital assets, and increase the price of he product, since the market will be all but eliminated.

My clients tell me that the Biden Administration is doing everything it can to look like it isn't stifling production, but it is. What do they know, they're only local well drillers, servicers, investors, producers, etc.
