    People using exit only lanes to cut around traffic then jump into the main flow of traffic at the last moment. They are actually the ones causing the problem.

    At times, when I was driving the big truck on the interstate and, it went down to one lane up ahead and, plenty of warning in advance and, someone would do as you've described, I've positioned my truck to block them, I saw tractor trailers doing it, so I thought, why not?

    Now, THEY were the ones who were outraged, because they couldn't cut in front of everyone at the front of the line.

    I've seen truckers do that. Technically, it's illegal to do, but for some it's all about "I have to get in front of you at all costs'.
