After a fantastic win at the US Open Yesterday 19-year-old American Coco Gauff was seen praying. My wife and I talked about it liking that she felt free to do that.
But apparently ESPN called it "Taking a moment to take it all in" But it was clearly prayer.
Tony Dungy called them out on that.

Any person should feel free to pray whenever they so choose, but it's always struck me that athletes who pray to win sports games are a little shallow and self-centered.
