I've noticed a new approach from Democrats on the immigration topic, their new talking points if you will. They're saying that under current immigration laws and treaties, we HAVE to take in these migrants, all they have to do is request asylum and we legally have to take them in. And they blame this on Republicans, because they walked away from the negotiation table. So they're basically saying that if you favor law and order, we need to take all these migrants in. We should be changing the laws, but the House Republicans are ignoring the problem.

I have no doubt we have Sleeper Cells just like we did before 9/11. They are simply awaiting orders.......................

And in other news we have a DOJ that considers parents and others who question far left activist agendas in our schools as potential terrorists.

My guess is that once they get rid of Biden and Mayorkas later this fall they can blame it all on them - and Trump of course - while promising 'A New Strategy For America', with a fresh new start. Many will believe them.

They are legally supposed to seek asylum in the first country they come to, as far as I know.

Not sure how that works. If they first come to Mexico and seek asylum there, but Mexico has no such law, it wouldn't be binding.
The way the left has been describing it, they pull over a van full of border crossers on the highway, they all fall down and say they want asylum, and we're supposed to have to take them in. If that is really the law (which I doubt), something is seriously screwed up here.
