Forbes Magazine Promotes DEI

What caught my attention was a story that the so-called Conservative Business Magazine "Forbes" has gone all WOKE! I was skeptical at first but checking out a number of online Forbes articles along the same lines as the above it is true.

No matter how they try and package it DEI amounts to special treatment for some and active discrimination against others in the workplace. And Forbes recommends it be continuous and "embedded in everything you do." And don't be fooled that it has anything to do with respect for the individual as claimed, it is about group identity politics the whole way through.

Forbes has been left-wing for some time now.

Identity Politics is Racism not matter how you try and dress it up. You treat people like groups to be manipulated rather than as individuals by merit and racism is what you get all the time.

Your claim is nonsense, Conservatism does not cause racism at all. Treating people as groups rather than as individuals causes racism period no matter what party they might vote for at the polls, and the left over the last two centuries preach collectivism and group identity.

And I call racism where I see it. That is the only solution that works.
