How do gun control laws stop crimes?

Any gun control fetishists have an answer that does not involve lies, memes or Trump?

    Have at it.

Two ways, first put all innocent gun owners in jail. Then what's left on the street are obviously criminals and can be easily arrested. Plus they will then be robbing and killing each other so that will eliminate even more

2nd Outlaw crime. Make everything legal. If there is no legal basis for crime then there is no crime. Los Angeles is currently working on this policy by either not arresting criminals or turning them loose with no bail.

Gun laws do not prevent crime because they do not stop criminals from obtaining guns. Even if all guns were somehow taken off the street the criminals knowing you have no way to defend yourself will turn to baseball bats, machetes or other non firearm means of getting what they want.
Devotion to the truth is the hallmark of morality; there is no greater, nobler, more heroic form of devotion than the act of a man who assumes the responsibility of thinking.”

The reason that those on the left don't want law abiding citizens to have guns, has nothing to do with Crime or Violence.

It is about being able to have absolute control over people and the population.

Why do you think it is they don't care about Criminals and High Gun Violence areas? Because the Criminal element can be easily removed once they have a population that can be controlled by force.

Of course gun control laws stop crimes, don't be silly, once criminals know something is against the law, they are compelled to obey it. Everyone knows this. I can't believe you would even ask such a stupid question. I mean, we haven't had a murder in this country for literally decades and decades. Why? Because murder is illegal. Duh. Okay, I'm done.

Yes, this country, especially in blue cities and states, is filled with $#@! Democrats who think letting criminals lose on the streets is the way to go. So, once you fix that problem, then maybe we can talk. Until then, you can kindly go $#@! yourself. And I mean that in the most respectful and nicest way possible, and with no due respect.
