I'll give him maybe a year, until ending on pitchforks.

Dollarization stuck in Ecuador. If politicians there were to suggest going back to the sol there'd be pitchforks for that.

The gap where inflation was low was when Argentina pegged peso to dollar.
Bottom line? Argentine people don't trust their government with money. They have good reason not to.

Argentina, a large and urban-population focused country of over 45 million, had national election results within an hour of the polls closing.
One smartass reporter asked me, “how many issues were on the ballot?” — one, like the recall elections in CA for governor that I have lived through twice. With a smaller population than Argentina’s, it takes days to get unofficial returns and 30 days to certify. Next question?

She makes a good point.
Envious?
No, I am expert on crazies that are allowed to become presidents. You wanna see diagnstics?

No need to be expert to diagnose. Common sense says - such clowns don't stay in power for too long.
PS Though, I might reconsider. I know a clown that played piano with his d..k, and is still a president. So, maybe, just maybe, Argentina DOES deserve such president?
