My all-time favorite is Sauerkraut and Dumplings, but only the way my mom made it, and she's gone now.

I guess sweet potatoes are the runner-up, although I also like cranberry sauce when it's made with fresh cranberries, pecans, and mandarin oranges.

Those little brown link breakfast sausages. We only have them twice a year - on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Because if we had them around all the time I would weigh 400 pounds. I will eat about as many of those things as you leave me in a room with.

Bread stuffing with gravy. Cooked in the bird or not. Since I usually smoke my turkey it has to be out of the bird.

One thing that ISN'T a favorite is something my in-laws used to make and serve every Holiday season - mimosas. A waste of good orange juice and champagne. Great individually, but I found them mixed together to be disgusting.

my brother and his brood made 774 ravioli for this year‘s celebration. Covered in browned butter and then some Asiago Cheese. Chicken, salad and rolls. We only made 550.

Let's not forget stuffed cabbage, pork roast and sausage:
