I think weather forecasting is based on meteorology. They aren't the same thing. I might be wrong though. In nay case, the coverage was dreadful but did we expect anything less? The worse part is that they wouldn't do this if millions of morons weren't glued to their televisions sets. It's about ratings.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

I read that cable news's main way of getting ratings is by terrorizing senior citizens. I thought that summed it up quite well.

I'm not sure how the Dems convince anyone to vote for them...I thought their main strategy was just claiming ignorance and saying at least we're not Republicans.
Of course the GOP does it too with their Death Panel stuff. People shouldn't screw with the old timers, that's not cool. >
The Republican party is just as guilty of using scare tactics on seniors. In fact, think about how 9/11 and terrorism was milked for eight straight years under George W. Bush, even though the WTC attack happened under his watch.
Furthermore meteorology is a science. Just like any other science it is not infallable.

The eastern world, it is exploding, violence flaring bullets loading. you are old enough to kill , but not for voting, this whole crazy world is just to frustrating, and you tell me over and over and over again my friend, you don't believe we are on the EVE of DESTRUCTION.
Never approach a bull from the front, A horse from behind, or a fool from any direction.
Certainly there is room for error in science. Typical P significance values leave a 5% chance or randomness in their evaluations.
As regards to Global Warming, I would suggest that it is about 99% certain that human emissions are having a deleterious effect on the Earth's atmosphere. There is a 1% chance that it is not. It is up to you whether to believe science or not. Somehow I peg you a creationist as well.
