That’s not accurate. The congress reviewed it after Obama signed it. The congress did not debate it before the fact. Had Obama put it in the hands of the congress as a treaty, it would have gone up in flames and he knew that.

Actually what she said is that she has constituents who wanted Trump to declare Martial Law. She was not advocating it. You should be accurate when you criticize someone.

Yes, very close. I would say for the small businesses forced to close they were under martial law. The lockdowns in general don't meet that standard because they really weren't enforced strictly.

The trigger point will be when the SCOTUS announces its finding on Roe vs Wade. If the outcome is what the leaks say it will be, there will be enough unrest around the nation to require that the National Guard comes into play. AND when the National Guard can't control things, the military will be called in.

I believe this will unfold this summer.

Roe vs Wade will be the deciding factor and frankly.........I hope the leaks were spot on and nobody changes their mind.
