Good idea, but I'd like to see more like 1.5 times.

    Sounds like a good idea

And taking the money wasted in administration and sending it directly to the states and thus the schools.
Add some serious oversight to make sure them money goes into education and isn't redirected like good old Sammy Brownback has a habit of doing.
When would you diverge the career paths?

Wouldn't work, the effective tax rate of many large companies is zero.

Voucher systems are too open to corruption.

Those are the 5 thins that I would do.

    What would you do.[/QUOTE]

The fundamental difference here between us is I do not expect society to care fore me, you feel society has some obligation to you. How you arrive at that you don't seem able to explain.
I don't want to start explaining morality to someone who lacks of it.

My employer takes advantage of that weakness to gain more profit making the worker to work overtime. That is being forced.

When the employer tells you or you work overtime or you are fired. You are forced. I don't need to use violence to force someone else to do something for me against their will.

The EPA has more power under Obama than any other time in history, they are actually driving some of the unemployment.

Tax Shelters are available to all, but I am all for doing away with them and lowering the rates so they meet the average effective rate we are currently paying.

And Contracts are approved by government. They are the problem I think that adding transparency to this process might help some.

Republicans have been whittling away at the EPA for decades. Usually at the behest of large companies via lobbyists.

I agree. Government contracts should be open bidding or at least all bids should be disclosed after the contract is awarded.
